Sorano is a country so picturesque perched on a steep cliff tufaceous presenting various gradients. The center is made up by residential alleys, courtyards, arches, portals bugnati, external stairs, loggias and cellars dug inside the tuff where in the past was followed harvesting. This type of wineries are rare in the Italian context, as to be taken more into account by local authorities, regional and national, trying to create pathways.
